    Our Story

    We founded Growth Performance in April 2016 with a vision to be the best loved learning and development provider in the industry — a specialist leadership development consultancy that puts measurable performance improvement above all else.

    Having worked for some of the biggest brands in the world for nearly two decades, we know what it takes to make human performance work. We have designed and delivered leadership training programmes, management development courses, executive coaching, team building workshops, and corporate training for organisations including McDonald's, TikTok, TUI, Five Guys, the 2012 London Olympics, Birmingham 2022, Wimbledon, and ICAEW.

    We deliver programmes in all formats — in-person workshops at your premises or our training venues, virtual programmes via Zoom and MS Teams, and hybrid formats combining in-person and virtual elements. We are based in London but regularly deliver programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
