Manager Support Needs Assessment
A diagnostic tool for identifying where your middle managers need support most.
Purpose: Manager engagement has dropped to 27% — the lowest of any leadership level (Gallup, 2025). 44% have never received formal management training (DDI, 2025). This assessment helps your organisation understand what managers actually need.
Instructions: Rate each statement from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). Be honest — this is a development tool, not a performance assessment.
