Team Psychological Safety Audit
A validated survey instrument for measuring psychological safety in your team.
Purpose: Psychological safety is the single strongest predictor of team performance (Edmondson, 1999; Google, 2015). This audit helps you measure your team's current state and identify specific actions to strengthen it.
Instructions: Rate each statement from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 7 (Strongly Agree). Note: Item 3 is reverse-scored.
